Shipping Policy
Each item that we create takes a different amount of time to complete. When your order is placed, we will do everything that we can to ensure that your order is created and shipped in a timely manner! All items are shipped USPS and you will receive a tracking number for each item shipped.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of my custom designs, no refunds or returns will be accepted. However, I am human and mistakes may occur. If there is a problem with your order, please message MeMe's Monkeys to let me know within 5 days of recieving your item so I can make it right.
